Shipping costs for your order will vary depending on the destination and the number of items you purchase. Please note that shipping fees are based on factors such as package size, weight, and the number of items in your order. Any additional shipping surcharges for larger products or additional items will be shown on the checkout page.
Delivery times may vary depending on your destination and any international holidays. We offer the following shipping options:
i) Non-Expedited (Non-Expedited): Estimated delivery time is 3-4 weeks to your destination.
ii) Insurance (Lost, Stolen, Defective...): Estimated delivery time is 2-3 weeks to your destination.
iii) Expedited Shipping + Insurance (DHL, FedEx): Estimated delivery time is 7-12 working days.
Delivery to Multiple Addresses:
We currently do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you wish to have items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses:
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. For APO addresses, shipments are sent via DHL Globalmail and then transferred to USPS for final delivery through the military mail system. Please note that deliveries to APO addresses may take up to an additional 45 days to arrive. Tracking information may not be available once the package enters the military mail system due to security reasons.
Items shipped internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). Any taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on your country's customs policies. Please be aware that packages returned due to unpaid customs fees will be refunded minus the cost of shipping and will be subject to a 20% handling fee.
