We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries. You can expect your parcel within 2-8 business days from when it leaves our warehouse. 

• While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, your package may still be at risk of being lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Although insurance is optional, we highly recommend choosing this protection, especially as packages are often left in mailboxes or front yards, which can increase the risk of theft.
• Please refer to our SIZE CHART for accurate sizing. Note that there may be a slight variation of 1-3 cm due to manual measurements and minor color differences due to varying lighting conditions.
• Due to the manual cut and sew process, the final product design may have a slight shift in position.
