Thank you for choosing us! We hope you're thrilled with your purchase. However, if you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to assist you with returns and exchanges. Please refer to our return policy below for detailed information.

TIME-LIMITED RETURNS

You can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of receiving your item. To process a return, please ensure that the items are in unused condition and include all original tags and labels.

ACCEPTED RETURNS

We accept returns in the following situations:

  • Incorrect item shipped by us: If you received the wrong item, whether it's a size, color, style, or a different product.
  • Defective item: If you receive a damaged, broken, or otherwise defective item.
  • Item not as described: If the item doesn't match the description provided on our website or in our marketing materials. We encourage customers to review item descriptions carefully before ordering to avoid discrepancies.

If you're not completely satisfied or have changed your mind, we also accept returns and offer a partial refund of the total.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Customer changed their mind: Returns will not be processed for items the customer no longer wants.
  • Customer ordered the wrong size or color: We recommend checking the size chart for proper fit and color selection. Returns for these reasons cannot be accepted.
  • Customer damaged the item: If the customer has damaged the item, we cannot accept the return.
  • Delivery time: Returns won't be accepted if items were delivered within the specified time frame.

Please note: Gift cards are non-returnable, and sale or discounted items are final sales and not eligible for returns.

EXCEPTIONS

We understand that unexpected issues can arise, so we've introduced a 'NO NEED TO RETURN' policy for specific situations. In these cases, you won't have to physically return the item. Instead, provide detailed information and photographs of the item(s) in question for a quick resolution. Contact us here.

RETURN PROCESS

To start the return process, contact us at support@vibehoodie.com. We'll provide you with instructions for returning your package. Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Please note that you're responsible for the return shipping costs.

REFUNDS or EXCHANGE

After receiving your returned item and assessing its condition, we'll proceed with the return or exchange process. You'll be notified via email once your return is processed.

REFUND

After the refund process is completed, it may take some time for your financial institution to make the funds accessible in your account. Estimated time frames for different payment methods:

  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days
  • Credit card: Up to 10 business days

*Limitations: Our warranty policy is applicable only once per order.

EXCHANGE

Once we receive your returned items, we'll contact you to confirm the specifics of the items you'd like to exchange. If you choose to exchange, and the error is not our fault, we'll provide an attractive offer for reordering. Feel free to contact us for more information.
