  • No assistance A consumer will be requested to confirm all of the information regarding the item's size, style, number, and other specifics when placing an order. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges since you chose the wrong products, sizes, patterns, addresses, etc.
    However, you have the option to cancel your purchase right away (within six hours of putting it) and place a another one of your choosing.

Time frame for order cancellation after placing an order.

  • Only six hours after making your order may you cancel it.
    If you contact us to cancel your order after this window of time, it could already be in the warehouse being prepared for processing and delivery.

Time frame can be returned after the order has been delivered.

  • After delivery was complete, our policy remained in force for 30 days after customer has received the item.
    The order will be deemed accepted by the client after 30 days after customer has received the item, and no refunds will be given.

Because we at Vibe Hoodie want you to appreciate our items as much as we do, we stand by their quality and back our craftsmanship. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality items and have a low return rate. Whatever the case, things can get hurt while being sent. We will try our best to reimburse the entire cost of your initial order if an item shows up in any of the situations listed below.

    • The superfluous thread on the item(s) can be readily cut or mended.
    • The item(s) must be sent back in their original packing and condition.

    Steps for requesting a return and refund.

    Customers email with their request for a refund along with any necessary supporting evidence.

    1. Within two to three business days, customers hear back from the customer service department regarding the legitimacy of the refund inquiry. Enable email notifications, then patiently await an answer from us.
      There may be extra instructions given, depending on the situation.

      No refunds will be given if you do not have our email verifying your refund and return request's eligibility.

    As we are not responsible for missing returns, kindly DO NOT immediately return the product without confirmation through email.

    If we don't get the return shipment, we won't give you a refund. As a consequence, send a different email to with the tracking number from the carrier you used to return the item(s).

    Cost of return shipping.
