Refund Policy

Modification and Cancellation Refund

We offer full refunds for modification and cancellation requests submitted within the first 24 hours of purchase.

Return Refund

Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The items must be unopened and unused.
  • Items should be in their original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

Lost Package Refund

If your package is lost during transit, we will either resend your items or provide a full refund.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, a partial refund will be considered based on the item's value and the shipping carrier's policies.

If your order has been stolen, you have two options:

  • Reshipment (a reshipment fee will apply).
  • Partial refund (please contact our Customer Support to initiate the refund process).

Full Refund for Insured Orders

If you purchased insurance for your item and it is lost or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund (excluding the shipping fee).
