Refund Policy

Modification and Cancel Refund

We provide complete refunds for modification and cancellation requests submitted within the first 24 hours of the purchase.

Return Refund

We provide refunds for items returned within 30 days from the date of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The items must remain unopened and unused.
  • They should be in their original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

Lost Package Refund

If your package is lost during transit, we will either re-dispatch your items or provide a complete refund.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, the partial refund amount will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account the item's value and the policies of the shipping carrier.

If your order has been stolen, we offer two alternatives:

  • Reshipment (A reshipment fee will be required for your order).
  • Partial refund (Please get in touch with our Customer Support to initiate the refund process).

Full Refund for Insurance orders.

If you purchased insurance for your item and it is lost or damaged, you will receive a full refund. (*Exclude the shipping fee)
